Any1 Work Out?

    If so post here and what type of workout you do

    I do 3 sets of 120 crunches
    15 reps of around 90-100 punds
    20 pound butterfly curl
    and i usually run alot

    I'm a lazy sob who has gained a few pounds by being so lazy, but now I'm starting to run. Once I gain a little more stamina, I'll probably start doing more and more until I am a sexy beast. :D

    lol i started just for the girls :D and it helps, also when starting know this:
    More wieghts,less reps(bigger muscle)- Bigger muscle mass but not as firm
    Less weight,more reps(toned look)- stronger but smaller muscle mass

    I bike over 10 miles a day on my bike which does not have any gears, so it is alot harder to go up hills. My legs look so awesome right now. I am also starting to do arm curls with 10 pound weights. I usually do +20 at a time, randomly throughout the day.

    i do stuff for football

    pretty much:

    100 crunches a day
    run 20 and 40 yard sprints
    at least 1 mile jog
    agilities
    varied weight-lifting (bench, squat, push press, cleans)

    I am not into the normal workouts. I tend to stick to my usuall routine.

    I do about 100-150 Johnson reps. (Forearms and wrists look good in my t-shirts).

    I've started working out agian for the coming school year.

    I'm going to take it slow for now because I haven't done much in a while, but I manily do 4 sets of 25 crunches and 3 sets of 10 pushups.

    Yea, small I know, but hopefully to get bigger as time goes on.

    i been doing what Zelink told me to do for about a month now lol..and my god..has it helped!! lol..i got a six pack now and my bicep/triceps are great..the t-shirts that I wear make them stick out alot..I lost a lot of weight using Zelinks diet.. and I run about 3 miles a day for about 2 hours and then come back by walking...my stamina is awesome and I can run for a while without getting tired..

    I just need to get my metabolism back up, and I'll start shedding my extra pounds. I expect to be thin by the end of the month to the end of September, depending on how quickly I can get my metabolism up. It's not like I have that much to lose anyways. I'm not a fatass. ;)

    LAst time I did anything was when mid-summer. I used to pump da iron though.....
