Morning 100 Crunches 30 Push-ups Jym(monday, wendesday,friday) Evening 100 Crunches 30 Push-ups Jym(tuesday,thursday,saturday) And I run a mile in 7 minutes (not a lot though) And I pretty much eat fruits vegetables, quality meat and drink a lot of water/juice( i live in 116 degrees) and Im working to get a sixpack by the end of the month.My hands are pretty strong.
i dont work out..i dont need to..i never gain weight..but i do do some push ups and sit ups once in a while ^_^
I go to gym every day and do 30 minutes bike, 10 treadmill, 10 rowing and lots of weights. My legs are getting toned, my musces are getting bigger and toned, but one question..... If you do muscles, do you become short?
i gained 3 pounds this summer... gotta lost it because of my Motocross Team... not fun.. lol well yeah i do whatever my team trainer tells us to do... up the butt and stuff like that lol well like i was saying, i dont know the names of the machines or whatever i just do it
I work out sometimes...ive been to tired this summer tho cuz of work so i havent gotten around to doing it daily, more so once every 2nd day or so..I'll get back into my routine when the horrible school year starts..
I do stuff for football. Its hard to say what exactly we do cause we always do different stuff. But when I'm at home I don't have any weights, so whenever a commercial comes on I pull a card and do that # of push-ups.

i play basketball, soccer and football. put the exercises together and cramp that into a week. but i was kick off my soccer team. i wasn't able to keep up with the scedule.
working out a lot CAN stunt your growth in terms of height literally everyone i know who started working out early is short but they're all built like tanks
It depends on what they do. If they do a lot of squats and stuff then it does stunt your growth. Arm stuff doesn't really stunt it.
