I usually run on treadmill (uphill) for about 1 hour, do about 20 situps x3 sets, lift some weights, and do a lot of stretching (warmup and cool down).
ifn you do that daily then you are just plain stupid... your muscle need rest in order to grow. your ab routine is also horrid. abs are just like any other muscle, use weight on them, if you can do 140 reps in a set with nothing try doing 20 reps with somewhere between 20-60lbs of weight. You will see alot better results. also try working your inner abdominal muscles so you don't become distended... crunches:somethign increadibly annoying that noone likes to do that supposedly builds ab muscle, though people often cheat on form and don't use adequate if any weight.
I do.. I actually have a schedule. Monday: Upper Body (1 hour) Wednesday: lower body (1hour) Friday: Upper Body && lower body (1-2hour)
crunches are like short sit ups, only get your shoulders off the ground then go down slowly, i usually put weights on my gest when i do them.
Well... I used to work out at the school gym a lot... Before summer ended, I could bench press 205 lbs. I only worked my upper bpdy (arms, torso, etc.)
i work out twice a week at my schools gym i do arms and chest then legs and back and abs both times Benchpress-3x8 Curls-3x8 Butterfly3x8 leg lifts leg curls crunches and squats
I do karate thats a good work out... I do some weights as well... alot of pull ups and weights which i think are the best workouts :unsure:
