Any1 Work Out?

    make sure to load up on the protein like crazy especially if you are on a calorie deficit(body needs protein from somewhere and if you don't get enough it will take it from your own muscle)

    as for ti stunting your growth, i looked it up, as long as you are using good form and aren't overloading too much on the weights it shouldn't make a real difference, but if you take more weight than your skeleton can handle your growth will be stunted, another reason to lay off of lower body just a little(not much)

    I hope he's sarcastic, i could lift 5lb weights when I was 4 and 8s when i was 6

    do you mind writing me out a workout plan? all ive got to work with are weights.. thats all.. i have a month left of summer holidays so i thought i'd lose some weight

    i just need to lose inches off my waist, im getting a huge beer belly :P

    i need to lose some weight and then tone up.. just need to lose a few inches off the waist.. beer is so good but it gives you a huge belly :P :lol:
