Well, I like the concept, but the execution wasn't so good. First, the lightsource is way too bright. Don't try to force lighting like that so much. The better way to do it would be to place a small light source (kinda like you have it, but much less bright and large), then dodge on naruto where the light should be hitting him. Not too much or it'll look bad. But then do some light dodging on the bg and stuff just to add to the atmosphere of the tag, make it look like it's all one piece, so the render doesn't look "slapped on". Next, get that text away from the focul, make the colors pop a bit more and add a few more effects.
